Where to go, what to bring, taxes and deadlines — the complete PCSO claiming guide

Congratulations on your win! Claiming a PCSO prize is straightforward once you know where to go — the venue depends on how much you won. Here's the complete guide, from a ₱20 consolation up to a multi-million jackpot.

Claiming Step by Step

  1. 1Sign the back of your winning ticket immediately

A lotto ticket is a bearer instrument — whoever holds it can claim it. Signing the back protects you if it's lost or stolen.

  2. 2Verify your numbers against the official PCSO results

Check the official PCSO draw broadcast or published results (you can cross-check quickly on our results pages) before travelling to claim.

  3. 3Prepare one or two valid government IDs

Bring at least one valid government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, UMID, etc.). For large prizes and jackpots, bring two valid IDs.

  4. 4Go to the right claiming venue for your prize size

Up to ₱5,000: any lotto outlet or branch office. ₱5,001–₱300,000: a PCSO branch office. Above ₱300,000 and jackpots: the PCSO Main Office on Shaw Blvd., Mandaluyong City.

  5. 5Claim within 1 year of the draw date

Unclaimed prizes expire one year after the draw and are forfeited to PCSO's charity fund. Don't sit on a winning ticket.

Don't Forget the 20% Tax

Prizes above ₱10,000 are paid net of a 20% final tax under the TRAIN law. Use our lotto tax calculator to see exactly how much you'll take home from any prize.
